I am writing respectfully to request consideration of an important institutional and development-accountability concerning World Bank projects implemented in Somaliland. This request is not intended to challenge the World Bank's existing legal framework concerning Somalia, nor does it ask the World Bank to take a position on Somaliland's international political status.
